Pricing  for Custom Gobos

We charge no extra fee for artwork processing.  The required size format is (max. 99 MBytes) If the artwork you provided needs extensive reworking, we may have to charge an extra fee. In this  case, we will ask for your permission before proceeding.

Turnaround Time

We request that you order your custom gobo(s), at least 2 months in advance of your event to ensure gobo is ready for your event.   We do accept rush orders within two weeks of event, but will not guarantee your gobo will be ready, if not ordered in advance.   If that is the case, you will be provided with a standard event gobo for your event.   Refund will not apply.

Order Confirmation

We will verify your order and will email you an order confirmation. If applicable, we will  provide a gobo proof. We will only proceed with your order after mutual confirmation and receipt of payment.

Payment

Due to the nature of the product, we request full payment in advance, if not otherwise  agreed. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Money Order, or Check.

Refunds

If gobos are faulty or have errors due to obvious mistakes or defective materials,  we will provide a full refund if applicable. Note, we only proceed after your final approval of artwork, therefore we cannot refund any payments made for approved Custom Gobos that are delivered as specified.
